Network with grief support group

If u have lost a loved one, maybe a parent, friend, family, child, spouse, or a partner, come and join us, lets share our pain.

BAFTD grieving support group meets on Wednesday, 16 October at 7pm.

Their meetings are held every second Wednesday of the month at the Wow Centre in Austerville Drive, Wentworth.

If you have lost a loved one, whether it is a parent, friend, family, child, spouse, or partner, go along and share your pain. At a time like this, it is important to know you are not alone.

Why not join in to help one another through the healing process of grief?

They stress that grief is normal, and not a sign of weakness. Give yourself permission to grieve and honestly express your emotions, learn to expect your pain to come and go. Many men don’t permit themselves to grieve however it knows no age oror gender boundary. Grief has to be dealt with in order to move forward.
