Useless solid white line is costly work for idle hands

Things just go from bad to worse with our Municipality.

EDITOR – I arrived home today Tuesday, 14 January only to see that the municipality or their nominated contractor had spent the morning putting a solid white line down our suburban, quiet street in Marlborough Park which is only 300 metres long.

Having lived here for 58 years and never, ever an incident in the street, I find this quite absurd, that they have nothing more useful to do with their time and our money. But then again, it is our ratepayers’ money that has to find work for idle hands.

Things just go from bad to worse with our municipality. It’s time to boycott paying rates.
