Hats off to a good Samaritan

EDITOR – Recently a homeless couple and their teenage daughter arrived on my doorstep, seeking accommodation.

They are migrant workers from another province.

The husband claimed he was due to start on a new job in the harbour within the week.

After making several unsuccessful enquiries on their behalf, a light bulb moment led me to call Adrian Snyman. Despite his busy schedule, he kindly agreed to meet the couple the following day and as a result, secured them temporary lodging at a B&B at his own expense.

Hats off to a good Samaritan.
