Reader calls back the past

EDITOR – I am currently writing a biography and used to live in Bellair on Sarnia Road in 1950/1.

We lived in a house where the Bellair Pharmacy and doctor’s rooms are now, opposite Bellair railway station.

Next door to our house was a shop or two, then the Bellair Hotel. My mom was the postal delivery person and my dad rode an old Harley with a side-car. I wonder if there is anyone who may have a photo of that area which includes our house if possible? I attended Bellair Primary in 1951 and had the honour of being in the famous Mrs Brown’s class one group.
