WEDNESDAY, 19 AUGUST: Social bingo at Fynnlands Soccer Club every Wednesday at 7pm for 7.30pm. All are welcome. For more information, call Debbie on 082-040-7855.
SATURDAY, 29 AUGUST: DR Church Fynnland hosting a hobbies and craft day at 303 Lighthouse Road from 8am. There will be demonstrations held through the day and lots of flea market stands. There will also be a class in ‘shabby chic’ painting technique. For more information about stands, call 072-218-9182.
SUNDAY, 30 AUGUST: St Louis Catholic Church (Clairwood) holds its annual fete at the church grounds from 11am to 6pm. Mass will be celebrated at 9.30am. Foodstalls, beer garden, cool drinks, ice cream, burgers, wors rolls, chips, lamb on the spit, chicken tikka, breyanis, curries, games, music, plants, white elephant, clothes, and many more.
