The museum is hosting a sleepover with a difference called ‘A night at the museum’ on Friday, 19 February, which includes fun and educational events.

Children will learn about science and biodiversity through fun activities, including a tour of fossils and a life-size model of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Space is limited and only children aged seven to 12 can attend. Entry costs R100 per person or R80 for friends of the museum and includes a light supper and breakfast.

For bookings call 031-311-2256/48 or email nsm.frontdesk@durban.gov.za.
