UPDATE: Child struck as taxi rolls on Bluff, 17 hurt
They have been taken to hospital.
ONE child was struck by a taxi as it crashed in School Road on the Bluff, and 16 others in the vehicle were hurt.
It is unclear what caused the accident at this stage.
Paramedics have taken the children to hospital for treatment.
