Bluff Road pedestrian in hospital after being struck by car
Police will investigate the cause of the crash, which left the man in his 30s in a serious condition

A pedestrian was knocked down by a car on Bluff Road near Jacks Tyres just after 6am on Saturday, 29 July.
Rescue Care paramedics responded to find a man in his 30s in a serious condition after a vehicle collided with him while he was attempting to cross the road.

Advanced life support paramedics treated and stabilised him at the scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital.
The cause of the collision will be investigated by police who were at the scene.
