A METRO cop was among the three people who died today in a mass shooting in Durban, on Bakers Street, behind the Durban High Court.
Metro police spokesman, Parboo Sewpersad confirmed that a male Metro cop died in the shooting.
Another man and woman were also fatally wounded.

The scene was described as a bloodbath by paramedics. One man managed to escape the shooting without injuries or gunshot wounds.
The other five were transported to nearby hospitals.
