Good turn out at Woodlands Bowling Club’s chicken fun day

A fun-filled afternoon was had by all.

On Saturday, 29 June, Woodlands Bowling Club hosted a chicken fun day which proved to be a great success.

Thanks to Bridgette and Gavin Conlon for printing the flyers and putting them up at different places.

The booby prize went to Lynn Williams, Justin Bother and Andrew and Liam Williams.

Thanks to all Woodlands members and their wives for supplying eats for tea.

A fun-filled afternoon was had by all. On Wednesday, 3 July, the any pairs competition took place.

Overall winners were Chad Wilson and Jan Hayes on 4+12.

Second session winners were Roy Olivier and Elize Porter on 3+5. The meat raffle winner was Dawn Spack.

Thanks to Yellowwood Park Spar for their donation of the cooked chicken, rolls and fresh juice.

Phil Hill won the R40 money board with Andy Cloete snagging the R20.

Unfortunately, there are no results available on the casual 4s breakfast which was played on Thursday, 4 July.
