Free weekend exercise sessions for kiddies

In keeping with safety regulations, ensure your children have their own towel, water, hand sanitiser and masks with them.

TAKE advantage of these Saturday sessions to keep your little ones fit. This fun group activity meets at the Montclair Sports Grounds at the outdoor gym section.

Facilitated by the well-known fitness enthusiast, coach Phil, you can be sure that they will be in good hands.   

Children of the ages seven to 14 are invited to join the newly formed group from 9am to 10am.  In keeping with safety regulations, ensure your children have their own towel, water, hand sanitiser and masks with them.
