CROW salutes YWP community

CROW extended a heartfelt thank you to the community of Yellowwood Park during this unprecedented period.

THE Centre for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (Crow) extended a heartfelt thank you to the community of Yellowwood Park during this unprecedented period.

“The community has been absolutely amazing this past week and Crow thanks all the men and women who have been on the ground day and night protecting our area. Without you, we could have lost everything, but most importantly, all the animals in our care.

“For saving the lives of over 300 wildlife patients, we salute you. When we were uncertain about how we were going to feed our animals, our super heroes came through for us and gave us all the help they could.

“A special thank you goes out to Shafrudeen Amod from the Yellowwood Park Pharmacy and Jamie-Lee Burton, for helping one of our volunteers who was injured and we had nowhere else to turn during this time of unrest. We are so grateful to be a part of this special community,” said Crow operations director, Clint Halkett-Siddall.
