A MAN accused of carjacking in Montclair in February will know his fate on April 11 as he appears before the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
Mbongeleni Nzimande stands charged in connection with the hijacking of a BMW 330d at a local petrol station around 21:30 on February 20.

At the time of the incident, surveillance footage, which went viral on social media platforms, captured the two armed assailants in civil attire confronting the victim at gunpoint, demanding his car keys.
The vehicle was subsequently recovered in Newlands. Social media footage depicted one suspect assaulting the victim while the other compelled a security guard to the ground.
