NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REZONING FOR STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
SECTION 21 OF THE CITY OF JOHANNESBURG MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2016 Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 21 of the City of Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016 (as amended, read together with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, that the undersigned has applied to the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality for the rezoning of the property for student accommodation. APPLICABLE SCHEME: City of Johannesburg Land Use Scheme, 2018.SITE DESCRIPTION: Erf 3/138, situated at 46 Serpentine Ave, Hurst Hill, Johannesburg. APPLICATION TYPE: Application in terms of Section 21 of the City of Johannesburg Municipal Planning By-Law, 2016, read with the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013, for the rezoning of the property for student accommodation.
APPLICATION PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the application is to permit the development of student accommodation comprising 40 beds.
