NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LAND DONE IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(12)(A)(III) AND NOTICE OF THE REZONING APPLICATION DONE IN TERMS OF SECTION 16(1) OF THE MOGALAKWENA LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW, 2016. Urban Switch Pty Ltd, being the agent of the owner of Stand 01 of Ga-Magongwa Village on a portion of the farm Turfspruit 241 KR hereby give notice in terms of section 16 (1)(f) and section 16 (12) (A) (III) of the Mogalakwena Municipality Land Use Management By-law, 2016, that we have applied to the Mogalakwena Municipality for the subdivision of a portion of the remainder of the farm Turfspruit 241 KR and for the amendment of the Mogalakwena Land Use Scheme, 2008 (Revised 2014), by rezoning in terms of Section 16 (1) of the of the Mogalakwena Municipality Land Use Management By-law, 2016.

The property is situated at: Stand 01 of Ga` Magongwa Village, Mogalakwena Local Municipality. The rezoning is from `Rural Settlement` to `Public Garage`. The intension of the applicant in this matter is to: Develop a Petrol Station with associated shops. Any objections and/or comments, including the grounds for such objections and/or comments with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting the objection and/or comment, shall be lodged with, or made in writing to: Planning and Development, PO Box 34, Mokopane, 0600 or to ntshanis@mogalakwena.gov.za / magaelat@mogalakwena.gov.za from 26 June 2026 until 24 July 2026.

Full particulars and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the Municipal offices as set out below, for a period of 28 days from the date of first publication of the notice in the Provincial Gazette / Local newspaper.
