NOTICE OF A GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE TRUST
I, RABBIE MBUYANE, in my capacity as a Member of the Madlangeni Community Trust hereby give notice of a community meeting of the members of the Community Trust to be held as follows:

The general meeting will discuss, among others, the following motions:
1. The way forward in formalising the appointment Members of the Board of Trustees.
2. To deliberate requirements and prepare Members of the Community Trust for the AGM.
3. To address the importance of compiling and submission of family trees to legitimise voting rights.
During the meeting, the Members of the Community Trust will be given an opportunity to make their views, inputs and comments to the processes related to the motions proposed above.
