PROGRAMME MANAGER
•SANCA EASTERN GAUTENG (ALRA PARK DAY CLINIC) Substance Abuse Treatment Centre SANCA Alra park is seeking to appoint a qualified and passionate Programme manager to lead our treatment centre. Minimum requirements:
•Experience: Minimum 9 years` experience in the Substance abuse field at least 5 years in the Supervisory/management role.
•Qualifications: Qualification in bachelor`s degree in social work and be registered with SACSSP Professional body.
•Knowledge: In depth knowledge of DSD Norms & Standards for Substance Abuse Treatment, programme development and case management.
•Skills: Strong leadership, report writing, budget management and stakeholder engagement and good communication skills.
•Other: Valid drivers` licence and willing to work flexible hours including after hours when required. Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily operations and clinical management of all treatment programme.
•Ensure compliance with DSD Norms & Standards, NPO Act.
•Develop, Implement and monitor treatment plans and programme outcomes.
•Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams of social workers, counsellors and support staff.
•Compile monthly, Quarterly and annual reports for DSD, Funders and the board.
•Manage programme budget and resource allocation. Compulsory DSD Vetting Requirements:
•Police clearance -SAPS Criminal record check.
•Child Protection Register check- Part B of National Child protection Register, Children`s Act 38 of 2005.
•Sexual offence register check
•National Register for Sex offenders, Criminal Law Amendment Act.
•Professional council verification
•Confirmation of registration with SACSSP.
•Reference checks
•Minimum 3 contactable references, 2 must be recent employer/ Supervisors.
