CITY OF UMHLATHUZE NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003 The City of uMhlathuze Council hereby gives notice as stated in Section 116(3) of the MFMA to the public regarding the extension of TENDER 8/2/1/ UMH338- 18/19: PANEL OF CONSULTANTS FOR THREE YEARS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF UMHLATHUZE: CIVTECHNTAMBANANA WATER IMPROVEMENT FROM HILLVIEW TO BUCANANA FOR THE CITY OF UMHLATHUZE FOR 36 A PERIOD OF MONTHS. The Bid Adjudication Minutes 1399 Item 4512 RPT 182899 refer to resolution item 4512 taken at the Bid Adjudication meeting held on 19 August 2026. The completion date has been extended to 31 March 2028.
