CITY OF UMHLATHUZE NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003 The City of uMhlathuze Council hereby gives notice as stated in Section 116(3) of the MFMA to the public regarding the extension of TENDER 8/2/1/ UMH338- 18/19: PANEL OF CONSULTANTS FOR THREE YEARS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BY THE CITY OF UMHLATHUZE: IZINGA HOLDINGS – NTAMBANANA WATER IMPROVEMENT FROM ENSELENI TO HLAZA AREA FOR THE CITY OF UMHLATHUZE FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS. The Bid Adjudication Minutes 1398 Item 4505 RPT 182936 refer to resolution item 4505 taken at the Bid Adjudication meeting held on 12 June 2026. The completion date has been extended to 31 March 2028.
