INCOMING LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – GLOBAL MACADAMIAS (PTY) LTD Global Macadamias (Pty) Ltd is a large macadamia processing factory situated on the outskirts of Nelspruit in the picturesque Lowveld of Mpumalanga. We are seeking a suitably qualified Incoming Logistics Coordinator to manage receiving, incoming logistics, curing and holding operations. Minimum Requirements: `Fluent in Afrikaans with good English communication skills `A tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field (advantageous) `Experience in the agricultural sector `Ability to work under pressure and extended hours during harvesting season `Strong administrative, reporting, and leadership skills `Proficient in MS Word and Excel
•Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, BRCGS, GlobalG.A.P.) advantageous `Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety practices `Self-motivated, physically fit, and able to work independently `Must be based in the Nelspruit region Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate incoming deliveries and logistics with growers *Oversee receiving, curing, and holding processes `Manage staff and ensure compliance with health & safety standards `Monitor temperature and humidity levels `Maintain accurate records and reporting `Support production and supervise night shift when required Employment Equity Statement: The Company is an equal opportunity employer and supports the principles of the Employment Equity Act.
