NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE MBOMBELA BYLAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT
We, Erwee Property Consultants CC, have lodged land development applications SD/26/00009 and RT/26/00008 in terms of the Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law for the Subdivision of Holding 98, The White River Agricultural Holdings and the removal of restrictive Title Deed conditions. The intention of the applications is to subdivide the property into two (2) separate portions as well as remove restrictive Title Conditions C(c)(i), C(c)(iii) and D for Title deed T10158/2025.

The comments or objections from is available from the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use management at the above-mentioned address or on the municipality`s website
(www.mbombela.gov.za). Any person who cannot read or write may consult with any staff member of the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use Management Section during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s objections or comments.
