In terms of sub regulation 4(4) of the Promulgated Major Hazard Installation Regulations, GRN 11536, Vol. 691,
31 January 2023 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85 of 1993) as amended, Bridoon trade and Investments (Pty) Ltd located at 10 Wolfaardt Street, Mbombela, Mpumalanga, 1201, is storing and using LPG and industrial gases. In an event of a major incident the neighbouring sites may be affected by heat radiation and over pressure from a fire.
In terms of the sub – regulation 4(5), any interested and affected parties may make representation for consideration in writing to the local authority within 60 days of the publication of this advertisement. In terms of sub – regulation 4(b) the above risk assessment is made available by Bridoon Trade and Investments (Pty) Ltd for scrutiny on the 24 August 2026.
