NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW

I, Tebogo Molepo of the firm GAP Development Planners, have lodged a land development application under reference numbers

(RT/26/00009) in terms of Chapter 6, read with Section 59(2), and Section 50 of the City of Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law, 2019, read with and the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013) and the Regulations thereto for removal of the restrictive Condition E under Deed of Transfer T9528/2022, for purpose of removing a right of way servitude over Remaining Extent of Portion 6 (a portion of Portion 5) of the farm De Rust 12-JU in favour of Portion 119 (a portion of portion 6) of the farm De Rust 12 JU. The subject property is located 950 m from the Hazyview Police Station along the
R40 road, at the following GPS Coordinates: 25 3`16.47″S

31 7`52.66″E.
