We, Sibiya Le Roux Town & Regional Planners, have lodged land development applications, in terms of the Mbombela By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management for rezoning as follows:
We, Sibiya Le Roux Town and Regional Planners have lodged land development application (AM/26/00433) in terms of Section 58, and (RT/26/00011) in terms of Section 59 (read with Chapter 6) of the Mbombela By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019 for the rezoning and removal of restrictive conditions on the Remainder of Portion 64 of the farm White River 64-JU from “Residential” to “Tourism” for a hotel and the removal of conditions 2 page 5 of
T 2663/2014. The property is located at 64 Oak Road, White River.
The purpose of the applications is to allow for a hotel and removal of restrictive conditions.

Written comments or objections together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted, in the prescribed format, to the Municipal Manager, P O Box 45, Mbombela, 1200; or delivered to Registry Section of Records, 1st Floor, Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela; or faxed to 013-759-2070; or emailed to: registry@mbombela.gov.za by no later than 25 July 2026.

(www.mbombela.gov.za). Any person who cannot read or write may consult with any staff member of the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use Management Section during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s objections or comments.
