NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE MBOMBELA BY-LAW ON SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT, 2019
We, Eliakim Development Projects, represented by Ms Heila Meintjes, have lodged land development applications SD/26/00010 and RT/26/00010 in terms of Sections 59 and 63 of the Mbombela By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2019 for the subdivision of Portion 5 (Portion of Portion 2) of the farm Cairn 306 JT and the removal of condition B.(b) from Deed of Transfer T90217/2001. The property is located on the Burnside Road, D28,
600m south of the intersection with the N4 Highway, on the eastern side of the road.
The intention of the application is to subdivide the property into two portions and to ensure that the land use is in line with the Title Conditions.
