NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE CITY OF MBOMBELA SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW
We, Urban Tree Developments (Pty)Ltd have lodged a land development application
AM/26/00431 in terms of the City of Mbombela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law for the rezoning of Erf 837 Stonehenge Extension 6 situated at 7 Van Rooyen Street.
The intention of this application is to rezone the property from `Residential` with a density restriction of 1 dwelling unit per Erf, to `residential` with a density restriction of 33 dwelling units per Hectare, for the purpose of developing dwelling units.
