NOTICE LOST OR DESTROYED DEED
Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T17924/1971 passed by STEPHANUS JOHANNES BECKER and HENDRIK JOHAN OTTO STORM in their capacity as members van die permanente Finansile Kommissie van DIE NUWE PROTESTANTSE KERK IN AFRIKA, in favour of FRANS CHRISTIAAN BARNARD, Born 2 October 1936, in respect of certain ERF 818 WHITE RIVER, EXTENSION 3, REGISTRATION DIVISION JU, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at MPUMALANGA within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
