Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 34(1) of the Insolvency Act, 24 of 1936, as amended, to all interested parties and creditors of Keen to Trade 16 Close Corporation (Registration Number 2009/051659/23) (“the Seller”), having the registered address at Unit 2, 23 Peter Graham Street, White River CBD, Mpumalanga Province, of their intention to transfer its retail enterprise conducted from Unit 2, 23 Peter Graham Street, White River CBD, Mpumalanga Province, to Nel Bearing Solutions Proprietary Limited (Registration Number
2026/237332/07) (“the Purchaser”).The business comprises the retail sale of bearings, belting, parts, tools, equipment and ancillary products and items of general convenience to consumers. The Seller intends to cease conducting the aforesaid business and to transfer the business, excluding certain assets as agreed between the parties, with effect from 1 April 2026. The transfer shall take place on a date not less than thirty (30) days and not more than sixty (60) days after the date of the last publication of this notice, as contemplated in Section 34 (1) of the Insolvency Act, 24 of 1936.
