SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED CONTRACT SANRAL NRA R.040-040-2023 /1SF FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ROLE OF SOCIAL FACILITATOR FOR THE RESURFACING OF NATIONAL ROUTE R40 SECTION 4 FROM WHITE RIVER (KM 1.75) TO R538 INTERSECTION (KM 44.0) T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) Madan Singh and Associates cc invites tenders on behalf of the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for Social Facilitation services during construction for the Resurfacing of National Route R40 Section 4 from White River (Km 1.75) to R538 Intersection (Km 44.0). This project is in the province of Mpumalanga, in the district municipality of Ehlanzeni and in the local municipality of the City of Mbombela. Although the construction duration is estimated to be 21 months, this Contract for Social Facilitation services will be limited to a period of 27 months (3 months prior to award of the contractor +3 months mobilization + 21 Construction Period). Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and score a minimum of 70 evaluation points out of 100 for Functionality as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 will be considered eligible to tender. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non- responsive. TENDERERS` MEETING No tenderers` clarification meeting will be held. COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipts of tenders is 11:00am on Friday , 16th of October 2026. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted in the format as stated in the Tender Data.
