NOTICE LOST OR DESTROYED DEED
Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the
issue of a certified copy of T31603/1980 passed by CITY OF MBOMBELA in favour of CITY OF MBOMBELA in respect of certain PORTION 12 (A PORTION OF PORTION 9) OF THE FARM SHANDON 194, REGISTRATION DIVISION JU, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, IN EXTENT 55, 6669 (FIVE FIVE COMMA SIX SIX SIX NINE) HECTARES which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deed at Mpumalanga within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
