Are pet owners incensed over Guy Fawkes fireworks?

I support many white owned businesses in the area and I am terribly disappointed at the level of racism that exists on the Bluff, based on recent and past events.

EDITOR – I am a resident on the Bluff and I refer to your article ‘Fireworks spark furore’ in the 4 November edition.

It would be good to do a follow-up article as we experience Guy Fawkes celebrations on the Bluff.

The noise levels appear to be the same as it was on 30 October during Diwali celebrations. I would like to see the complaints from residents now, considering their pets were left traumatised after Diwali.

Comments from Gatvol Bluff and other forums would be useful. I wonder which race group is going to be targeted now, considering different race groups celebrate Guy Fawkes?

There is no place for racism in this country. I support many white owned businesses in the area and I am terribly disappointed at the level of racism that exists on the Bluff, based on recent and past events.
