Wentworth BC bowler to do duty for PN men’s B side

We wish to say congratulations to Paul White for being selected to represent Port Natal in the ,en’s B side. Well done Paul.

WENTWORTH Bowling Club's men's Friday casual bowls results for Friday, 6 September: First prize went to Terry Micholson and Luvuyo with +16.

Second prize was won by Jorge Santos, Hilton Lassak and Fred Andrew with +15. Sportsman's prize went to Gerald Royle, Buck Boettiger and Stan McKenzie. Ellen Loots was cooking the beef while the first 60/40 board went to Ellen Loots and Graham Bransby.

The men's Friday casual bowls on Friday, 13 September saw first prize taken by Dennis Gericke, Herbie Hoffman and Shaun Sutherland with +14. Second prize went to Mike Berry, Colin Coetzee and Eric Miller with +8. The sportman's prize was won by Colin Howes, Rob Carr and Dave Matthews. Graham Bransby is cooking the beef and Rob Carr is roasting the pork. The first 60/40 board was won by John Somerville and Fred Andrew and the second board was won by Dirk Venter and Maria Cavanagh.
