Neville swings into A division top slot

FIRSTLY apologies to all the YWP golfers and their followers for the lack of feedback of late.

The club champs were played on Sunday, 28 July at Toti.

Congratulations to the following members:

A division: Neville Montague. B division: Alan Smith. C division: Garth Hancock. The best net score and the overall club champ went to Neville Montague. Once again congratulations.

On Sunday, 1 September the golfers tested their skills at the Bluff with the format being drawn partners. The winning teams were first Neville Montague and ‘Bok’ Cox with a mammoth 80 points, second was Clint ‘two ticks and a BF later’ Rusk with 55 points and third was Nigel and Pierro with 47 points. Nearest the pins were eighth Nigel, 12th Bok and 16th Pierro. Well done and thanks to all those who assisted in making both events successful.
