It’s not only the wind that howls for YWP golfers

SUNDAY morning, 6 October saw 16 Yellowwood Park golfers converge on Umdoni Golf course for their monthly golf competition.

Although the wind was howling, a lot of fun was had by all.

Once again thanks to the sponsors and all those who helped make the day a success.

After some heated discussions between the match officials concerning various players' handicaps, it was finally settled and the results were as follows:

First on 45 points were Robby Martin and Rob Bellars, second on 40 points were Trevor Hardouin and Michael Hewer, while third place went to Neville Montague and Mitty Chelan on 39 points.

Nearest the pin on the third was Alan Smith, on the 12th was Riccardo Simonetti and on the 16th was Trevor Hardouin.
