DURBAN South Football Association (DSFA) hosts its annual Easter soccer tournament from 18 to 20 April at the Badulla and Highbury Road sports grounds.

The DSFA is accepting 32 teams, which will be divided into eight streams, and the tournament is to take a round robin format across groups of four teams.

Three points will be awarded for a win and one point for a draw. The winners will be paid R25,000, runner-up receives R10,000, third place gets R5,000 while the fourth-placed team wins R2,500.

All players not in the top four teams will receive medals for their participation. All participating teams must hail from the local association affiliated to SAFA Ethekweni, and all players must be registered with the local association for the current year.

Clubs are entitled to register 18 players with the tournament committee, with a R1,500 entry fee per team.

The DSFA meets every Monday at Merebank Community Hall at 7pm, and the Easter tournament is being officially launched on 11 April, at the same venue at 7pm. SAFA officials will attend, and the draws will take place. Meals will be provided.
