Bluff BC gears up for pairs bowls action
Members are asked to check the notice board for upcoming events and postings.
THERE was very little activity at Bluff Bowling Club this weekend, due to the All Natals in Pietermaritzburg but this coming week sees the Brian Osman any pairs take place on Thursday, 17 July and the Lilah Nel pairs on Sunday, 20 July.
There were no reports available about any success players may have had in the All Natals at the time of going to press but the scribe will update members on any such developments next week.
There were two men’s nominated pairs matches held this past Sunday when Greg Dorrofield and Jorge Santos defeated Gary Moffat and Rob Davies on an extra end while Alex Fisher and Tony Hoggins defeated Titch Fraser and Wayne Tonkin in the other match.
