Sheila remembered at Woodlands BC
On Sunday, 26 July will be the 'shirts and skirts' breakfast.

IT was another quiet week at Woodlands Bowling Club.
On Saturday, we had the Sheila Tayfields ‘memorial plaque’ ceremony. Peter Tayfield invited a few friends to Woodlands, where we put Sheila’s memorial plaque up on the wall of remembrance followed by tea/coffee and snacks supplied by Woodlands bowlers. After all the festivities, there was a game of trips played and fun was had by all.
On Sunday, 26 July will be the ‘shirts and skirts’ breakfast. To enter a team, contact Rina Harper on 031-466-3820. Don’t forget the ‘perch’ will be starting on Sunday with an amount of R100 and if not won will go up R50 a month or until won.
On Friday night the main club meat draw winners were D Paynter, C Lauderdale and D Botha.
G Rose was not there to grab the winnings of the snowball, so it’s another carry over. Saturday swindle winners were Peter and Bev Jenkins, Derrick Botha, Carole Lauderdale, Grant Fouche, Gordon Tarbaton, Roger Turner and Rob and Glen de Wildt.
