Club reports on death of Dave Vincent

IT is with great sadness that Bluff Bowling Club reports of the death of Dave Vincent on Tuesday, 4 August after being in ICU for 40 days.
Dave was the Bluff Bowling Club scribe for the last year and a well-respected bowler in the district.
The club’s deepest sympathies go to Rosa and the family.
Due to the Sun’s early deadline for club reports this week, there are no weekend results. These will be reported next week.
Club competition postings for the men on Saturday, 15 August are men’s nominated pairs Gary Moffat and Jorge Santos v/s Wayne Tonkin and Roger Scott. The other game is men’s drawn fours – Clinton Bisset, Norman Robinson, Rob Davies and Deon Els v/s Robert Mhlongo, Alex Fisher (who will have to be replaced as he has moved down the coast), Noel Morel and Harvey Simpkin.
