New Treasure Beach outing for Ramblers hikers

Meet at Union Main Centre, Old Main Road, Pinetown in time to leave promptly at 7.30am or meet at the Camperdown turn-off at 7.50am.

DURBAN Ramblers Hiking Club will hike to Treasure Beach, Bluff on Saturday, 19 September.

This is a new Saturday hike.

Hikers will meet at 1.45pm at Treasure Beach Education Centre on 835 Marine Drive, Bluff for a walk around this fascinating area. This hike is graded two, moderate.

On Sunday, 20 September explore Eston in the KZN Midlands. Call hike leader Margie Forbes on 073-437-6915.

Meet at Union Main Centre, Old Main Road, Pinetown in time to leave promptly at 7.30am or meet at the Camperdown turn-off at 7.50am. Hikers will drive in convoy to a farm not far from Tala Game Reserve for a hike (maybe in reverse) over rolling hills of indigenous bush, cane and grasslands. Suggested petrol sharing is R50.

This 14km hike is graded three, moderate.
