Quins cricketers head back to the nets
Seniors will practice at the ‘Quins nets on Thursday, 24 September.

AFTER an autumn drought which extended into winter, one could easily guess that the cricket season is upon us again with all the spring rain about, gloomy skies and fresh winds, the latter of which will prove to be a pestilence until late November of course.
Umbilo Harlequins Cricket Club has entered five senior Sunday teams, one senior Saturday team and two junior teams into the respective leagues.
On Sunday morning, 27 September, Quins first team takes on Clares in a 20 over Challenge league 20 over match at Harlequins 1.
In the afternoon the first team challenge Phoenix at Phoenix Stonebridge in their second 20 over game for the day. The second team plays ACC 2 in a 40 over Challenge reserve encounter at Harlequins 1 commencing at 1pm. The fourth team challenges Merebank 2 in a division two match commencing at 1.30pm at Dhubri Road in Merebank. U11s play FAM Adams Mission in a 30 over league match at Lt King Park at 8.30am and the U13 side takes on Chesterville at Harlequins 2 at 8.30am.
All Quins teams are aspirant of successful seasons in their respective leagues.
