Keith and William win ‘any pairs’ at Woodlands BC
On Saturday the men’s drawn trips was played between Norman Moore, Arthur Carlyle and Bryce Bower and Brian Kimber, Ralph Mostert and Eric Coetzee with Norman and his team the victors on 17-7.

AT Woodlands Bowling Club, Wednesday saw the ‘any pairs’ competition played in hot weather.
First session winners were Gloria Rice and Gerrie Jackson on 2+3. Second session winners were Kurt Spack and Claude Newman on 2+3 and overall winners were Keith Wild and William Richardson on 4+14.
John Somerville won the R40 and Gwen grabbed the R20 money board. Gloria Rice scooped the meat raffle and the drawn prizes went to skips – Neville Horner and Ronnie Jackson and leads – Lynn Carlyle and Daphne Els.
