Athletes close off 2015 with Stainbank Cup events
A special T-shirt will be given to the first 1,000 entries

YELLOWWOOD Park Athletics Club hosts the 42nd BMG/Stainbank Cup with two events – a 15km run and a 10km walk on Sunday, 6 December.
The route will again take athletes through the beautiful Stainbank Nature Reserve, with the start at Barbet Road, next to Yellowwood Park Primary.
The route is one undulating lap around Yellowwood Park and partly through the nature reserve, over trails and dirt road.
Entries can be finalised at the finish, which is at Yellowwood Park Sports Club. Entry costs R80 for the15km run and R70 for the 10km walk.
Late entries are R100 for the 15km event and R90 for the 10km walk. Late entry fees will apply on Saturday, 5 December from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, 6 December 5am to 6am.
Temporary licenses cost R15 for the 15km run and R10 for the 10km, both if required.
Both races start at 6am with a time limit of two-and-a-half hours for both events. There will be pre and post-hydration and well stocked tables manned on route. No personal seconding is allowed. A tog bag facility will be provided at the entry and finish area.
Prize-giving will take place at 9.15am.

Pre-entry chips can be collected at the race venue.
The results will be advertised on www.eventtiming.co.za and www.ywpac.co.za. Pre-entries close on Wednesday, 2 December. Entries will also be taken at the race venue.
A special T-shirt will be given to the first 1,000 entries and there are several lucky dip prizes to be won.
All participants must wear club colours and their KZNA approved 2015 provincial licences on the front and back of the club vest/crop tops, which must be clearly visible.
