BLUFF Athletic Club hosts its 50th annual general meeting on Thursday, 10 December, commencing at 6.30pm in the main hall at the Fynnland Combined Sports Club, 55 Smith Drive, Bluff.
Members are urged to attend as a quorum is needed in order for proceedings to be finalised on the evening.
The AGM will be preceded by the normal time trial that commences at 5.45pm and will be followed by the normal monthly club braai. This will take place on the veranda, with fires provided by the club.
The year-end function, to which all members and their immediate family are invited, will take place at the same venue on Friday, 4 December from 6pm.
