Men’s league tennis players’ pink fundraiser for Hospice
Sunday marked the start of league fixtures, and the first match was played against Prospect 2 at Brighton Tennis Club in Club Drive, Bluff.
BRIGHTON Tennis Club’s men’s league team embarked on a cancer drive, making their team kits pink in support of the dread disease.
For every match played, each team member will donate R50 and they are also asking their opponents for donations.
At the end of the league, all funds raised will be donated to Hospice.
Sunday marked the start of league fixtures, and the first match was played against Prospect 2 at Brighton Tennis Club in Club Drive, Bluff. Brighton beat Prospect 3-1, winning the tie 11 points to five overall.
