Taxi rollover leaves 8 people injured in Fleurhof
No serious injuries or fatalities were found on the scene.
Eight people were left injured this afternoon following a taxi rollover on the Main Reef Road in Fleurhof, West of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene to find the taxi lying on its side in the centre median.
Several people were found walking around on the scene. Paramedics assessed the patients and found that eight of the fourteen people had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found on the scene.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
