The social change program is implemented using two methods of social work and individual counselling.
“These methods are used to educate and inform the clients about what is happening within themselves and others so that they can be aware of what needs to be done.
“Besides that, some values are taken into consideration when intervening with clients, such as confidentiality, self-determination, respect and individualisation, as people are unique and diverse.
“Their social problems need to be treated likewise. The social behaviour change programmes and methods will address the social factors and behaviours that put clients at risk.

Furthermore, this will help the client to change their mindsets, attitudes and social norms to function well as their well-being is important to them and their loved ones,” said one of the social workers, Nondumiso Ncgobo.
“This will also provide care and protection to those clients who are in need in the community.
We will also be rendering services such as assessment and investigation of cases of children who are orphaned, abandoned, neglected, exploited, mentally, physically and psychologically abused, as well as child-headed families.”
