Police investigate fatal head-on crash in Zola 3
Constable Dakalo Phemula said the circumstances surrounding the cause of the incident are currently under investigation and no arrests have been made.
Jabulani SAPS has opened a case of culpable homicide following a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred in Zola 3 on June 1.
According to Constable Dakalo Phemula, it is alleged that a head-on collision occurred between a taxi and a small passenger vehicle.
“The driver of the small passenger vehicle, a 32-year-old man, sustained fatal injuries and was certified dead on the scene.

“Eight other people sustained injuries during the collision and were taken to nearby clinic for medical attention,” said Phemula.
Phemula added that the circumstances surrounding the cause of the incident are currently under investigation and no arrests have been made.
