Two sentenced for multiple offences in Eldorado Park
The robbery occurred on Main Road near the Medical Centre in Eldorado Park Ext 2.
The Eldorado Park SAPS welcomed the sentencing of 32-year-old Nic Arendse, the first accused, and 37-year-old Aziz Williams, found guilty of robbery on May 5.
Arendse received a 13-year direct imprisonment sentence, of which three years is suspended for five years.
The Lenasia Court 2 sentenced Williams to 15 years’ direct imprisonment on April 25.

The robbery occurred on Main Road near the Medical Centre in Eldorado Park Ext 2.
The investigation, led by detective Constable Desmond Alexander from the Eldorado Park SAPS Detective Unit, said the two accused approached the female complainant on Main Road.
While she was on the ground, Williams strangled her, and both accused searched her breasts and pants. They took her cellphone while one accused held a knife and threatened to stab her.
