Woman busted for illegal substance in Mofolo

JMPD TRU officers received a tip-off regarding a woman in possession of illegal substances at an address on Elias Motsoaledi Street in Mofolo Central.

“The officers proceeded to the given address. On arrival, they found the woman and her grandmother who alleged that she was a troublemaker.

“The officers asked the woman to remove her hat and while removing it, drugs and a syringe fell out,” JMPD spokesperson Xolani Fihla said.

The woman was arrested and detained at Moroka Police Station for possession of drugs.
