Four suspects break into a house in Koraal Street

He woke up to investigate and was confronted by four suspetcs, one of whom was armed with a firearm.

A house in Koraal Street in Dersley was broken into in the early hours of last Saturday morning.

Springs Police spokesperson Capt Johannes Ramphora says the complainant was sleeping in his bedroom when he heard footsteps along the passage.

He woke up to investigate and was confronted by four suspects, one of whom was armed with a firearm.

The suspects instructed the victim to lie face down, then proceeded to take a TV, two laptops, amplifier and speakers.

The suspects gained entry to the house through the kitchen window.

No shots were fired and nobody was injured.
